Description: WW1 Canteen Cover - Dated 1917 Condition: Great, with no rips, holes, or frays, but a repair was made at the bottom of the canteen. Both snaps are present and work as they should. Given the early war date and field repair, this cover was likely used during WW1! This cover is khaki and is very faintly marked on the inside right flap: Long 1917 (best viewed under an infrared camera, but still difficult to make out). These covers are getting harder to find, so don't miss out on this one!!
