There is also a "Copyright, 1895, by Rand, McNally & Co." in small print on the map. It is not matted nor framed being sold as a single sheet as shown in the main pic. Overall, a nice map with bright color, very clean with good detail that would frame up well. Size: The dimensions of the map area are approximately 9 by 12 1/2 inches (23x32cm) on a page measuring 11 1/2 by 13 1/2" (29x35cm)Condition: The map is in Very Good condition with light tonal aging, some light wear and handling around the margins, bumped corners, otherwise very clean with strong color that would frame up well, see the pics for more on the condition. The pics are of the actual map.
