Description: Here is a nice vintage Baume & Mercier, Geneve, wristwatch that is cased in 14K solid Yellow gold. This fine watch is in good condition and measures 37mm lug to lug, 37mm side to side excluding the crown. Inscribed on back " Sales Contest 1963" it is stamped B&M 14K as well. Attached to the watch is an Alaska Gold nugget band that is stamped 10K on the back an Retirement & Birthday, 1973. The nuggets on the 10K band are 22 or 23 K Alaska Placer Gold nuggets, naturally occurring. Two Gold rams heads are set in and are backed with natural Alaska Green Jade. Watch has been serviced and runs, sets and keeps time, but timekeeping is not guaranteed due to age.. This whole watch and band weigh in at 71.4 grams total. Slight dent on the face of the watch , barely noticible. Do not miss this fine vintage Swiss watch, it turns heads wherever it goes....
