Material is polyester dipped in a resin-based treatment Heavy cut stiffness Original manufacturer is Garfield 16 ply 5” ring and a total diameter of 12” These buff pads DO NOT have a center plate These used buff pads contain a small amount of compound and excess dust from previous uses. This compound is specifically made for high-luster aluminum polishing. Most of our current customers think this excess compound is a benefit and reduces the need for added compound.
