Description: 12 Antique Lenox Cobalt Blue & Gold Bailey Banks & Biddle 9" Salad Plates Made in USA This is a beautiful Set of 12 Antique Lenox Cobalt Blue & Gold Bailey, Banks & Biddle Salad Plates. Measuring 9" in diameter. The plates feature a cobalt blue band with a gold embossed band around the rim. The green Lenox mark on the back indicates that these plates were produced from 1906 to 1930. They are marked in hand written gold ink with pattern number x8/J-33-D. There is also the green mark of The Bailey, Banks & Biddle Company of Philadelphia who these plates were retailed by. Condition is very, very good. As shown in our last 6 photos, two plates have some age discoloration to the gold bands. There is some wear to the gold accents on some of the plates and a few light surface scratches that are hard to notice. No other chips, cracks, stains or repairs. Enlarge photos to see details.
